softaculous problem

when trying to use softaculous to install wordpress i get the below message

Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

anyone know how this can be fixed?

The Admins are aware of the problems with Softaculous.
They should be adressed after the migration is complete. But no sooner.

If the problem persists after the "all clear", please repost.

thanks. how will i know? i just tried and i can actually access softaculous now but i cant see the buttons to install wordpress as of yet its all still a bit screwed up.

is this why on my account the control panel is now not with starka but chopin or something?

all accounts on starka have been combined onto chopin.

ok. and im guessing its not fully running yet.....as i tried entering my username n pass and couldnt get on but could still access starka

Chopin is only 5% done.

Does that include problems with Softaculous on Lotus?
Should we wait until all the migrations are finished and pronounced "complete"?

yes. Softaculous may or may not be fully configured on the servers that were migrated, I don't think it is top priority right now, getting the servers to run smoothly (as in being stable) would be first priority.
