[Solved] Parked domain issue.

[albedotkd]

Hi

I'm trying to setup the Addon Domains and Parked Domain on x10hosting cPanel but I'm getting this error :

Error from park wrapper: albedotkd.org.au is already configured.

I don't have any entry in "Addon Domains" or "Parked Domains" for albedotkd.org.au and I've also pointed my DNS to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com.

Does anyone know what's the issue ??

I checked your DNS records but no trace of Nameservers but whoIs is showing the name servers.We need a STAFF for this.ESCALATION is not working .So please wait.

With our backend being under maintenance/upgrade we don't have access to all tools we normally have.
To better assist you could you please tell us what server you are on, and what your main domain is?

I'm currently at albedotkd.x10hosting.com but I would like to set up my domain (albedotkd.org.au) to point to the albedotkd.x10hosting.com.

I've already set up my domain hosting to point the DNS to ns1.x10hosting.com.

The domain albedotkd.org.au is now parked in your account, and it points to albedotkd.x10hosting.com

May take a little time before it is fully operational.
