Hi,

You guys are doing great work. I really appreciate that. I was using x10 a long way back, I have been out of touch since long time. You guys have made a lot of changes (actually good ones) after that. So now I'm facing some problems. I was looking for my old account. I found that I had 2 accounts one with username (forum) "H@rry" & one with "Harry", I wasn't sure which one was I using earlier for the hosting, so I logged in to check it. Seems like I'm using this one (Harry). What I want to know is, is it possible to move this hosting account under the forum name "H@rry" and also delete the account (details + forum account) with the username "Harry"? If it is possible then can you guys please do it. The second problem is I can't find my addon domain "harrysingh.co.cc" in the cPanel. I tried to add it, but it says it's already configured. Can you guys please look into it.
The other thing I want to know is, have you guys made both the diskspace & bandwidth unmetered or just the diskspace?

Regards.

The forum account H@arry does not have any hosting attached.
You can change the linked forum name by using the swap option, found under "Account -> Forum Account".

You seem to have only one hosting account (harry), forum accounts are not deleted.

You should now be able to add the domain back in cPanel.

Hi, thanks. Everything is working fine now. I have managed to add the domain (seems like it will take some time to start working). Only problem left is setting this addon domain as the main domain for the account. While I'm trying to do this it is giving an error.
Code:
The domain you have supplied is already in use.
Any solution for it?
P.S. Sorry I've the same query again, have you guys made both the diskspace & bandwidth unmetered or just the diskspace?

If you want to change your addon domain to be the main domain for the account, you will need to remove it from the addon domains in cPanel first, and then set it to be your main domain in the account panel.

In regards to your second question, both disk space and bandwidth are unmetered in the new infinity package (which is the default free hosting package for new signups, although older accounts need to request to be moved to the infinity package as described here)
