Resolved Some help getting my sites back up please :(

Non of my websites are working possible for a few weeks seeing i not had the time to do anything on the sites or even sit at the computer for awhile, typical my normal luck when i do get time and motivation its down, direct admin however is working fine and i have noting in the error log

if you provide your website URL, for those of us who dont
have any admin access to check but may have had same problem.

if directadmin works fine, can you access your files in file manager ?
Have you made any changes lately that might not be working properly ?
is there a chance you have not logged in in the last 30 to 40 days ?

Ty for your reply, Sadly i think this is related to the change to direct panel or some resent update in back end so so admin privileges might be required but i could be wrong so its worth a try :)

direct-admin works fine, yes i can access all files in file manager,

No i have sadly not made any changes in files for at-least two months and worked fine a couple of weeks ago,
been planning a complete rebuild for some time but rarely have time and the few times i do it seems to be something wrong then everything works when im busy again, its my usual luck or should i say curse

im not sure, i think i logged in at-least once during that time period but prime account don't have the log in requirement unless they changes that lately

I got several sites , all show same problem writing links to two

i think 1 problem is your only allowed 1 free x10hosting account.
your not allowed 2. this may have caused a suspension or something.
but staff would need to check that out. i might be wrong.

login is required at least once every 30 days.
if you wait 45 days your likely suspended.
within 60 days (or so) the auto delete removes your account.

ive seen a few posts from other prime account users having issues,
like with the migration to directadmin but staff looks after those.

hmm u both right and wrong , it is only one account, u are only allowed to have one account but u can connect more then one x10 adress to that account if u got more then one website, had this for years

login never been required for prime accounts before but they could have changed that, either way im quite sure i login whit in that period of times

so most likely the problem is something related to the migration to direct admin maybe some dns problem, so just to hope someone at the staff check forum anytime soon

After closer investigation it looks like mx records is faulty idk , but don't want to change tings myself whiteout knowing seeing it work't fine before and i not changed or updated a single thing since then it probably a migration issue to direct admin ,so just to wait for someone with back end acess :(

503 is a PHP backend error. It looks like it's a major fault in PHP that prevents it from even logging. Please check your PHP version via DirectAdmin -> Plugins and make sure that it is correct for your script; both version of PHP and applicable plugins.

My first taught to so Check t that before writing the post even tried different php versions,
but check t again just in case and seems ok, the problem happened after the migration and last file i changed most been at least a month before the problem happened.

I just tryed loading a section/subfolder of the page that is pure html and same problem so don'y seem to be as simple as the php version :(

Your DNS doesn't resolve to an x10hosting free server for either of those domains. The IP address doesn't look like one of x10's premium servers either, but x10 has been doing some changes, so maybe it's a new one.

Both your domains work fine for me now, can you please check that they do for you as well?

I did refresh the DNS as it somehow looked like it was pointed at the wrong place as Garret said.
