Please make sure that your account follows all of the rules, including no files over 10mb, no personal file hosting (like galleries), and no backup files.

More then half the used space are from backups.
A backup will not be of any use when stored in the account in the event something happens to the account. It may be a good idea to have the latest both on the account and safely stored either on your local computer or any other storage service, but you really should not keep the backups in the account long term, and if you need to keep long term backups you should keep them offsite.
Due to backups being what takes up the most space your account do not currently qualify for extended diskspace.
