Resolved Space request

Good morning,

First of all, thank you for offering this nice and free hosting service. Up to now, it is one of the best in my opinion.

The problem is that although it is announced unlimited disk space for free hosting plans (under some conditions), I am seeing my disk space limited by about 512MB. Why is this? Can I have a little bit more disk space, please?

I am currently developing a test web page for its future use in an academy/ small school. If everything goes well I am planning to move to a premium account, but by now, my superiors only allow me to develop in free accounts like this one.

All users are capped at 512 mb on setup, but can always ask to get an increase and as long as the contents warrant the increase we will add more space. This is something we do as a means to keep abuse off our servers, when requesting more diskspace the account is always reviewed to make sure it is in par with the Terms of Service.

I have doubled your disks pace. Do note though that there is also an Inode limit set at 50 000 which is a hard limit that we do not increase on free hosting. You are fairly close to this limit. An Inode is basically a representation of every file and folder in the account.

Thank you for answering me so fast, Anna. And of course, for doubling the available space in my account. However, I didn't know that fact regarding the Inodes, so I will have to communicate this to my superiors. In any case, again, thank you so much for your help and services.
