I have unsuspend your account, would you be able to login via FTP (or DirectAdmin directly on https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222)? If I did it right you should have a couple days before it hits suspension again for lack of logging in.
If you can do this the easy solution is that you create/upload a file called x10hosting.txt that contains the new email address you want us to set for the account. We do it this way as a means to verify you as the actual account holder.
