Then tell Corey to make this a private forum that Google will not search. And while you are at it, make sure that the ticket system makes it extremely clear that their requests will show up on a public forum.
A note on the "Create [support] Request" page is a great idea. I've seen a couple threads where users have posted data they shouldn't have because they didn't realize this. Will you open a suggestion thread?
There really isn't a problem with posting domain names. Google won't even index them if they're not links (which, as this thread demonstrates, they won't be).
As for the domain configuration on the registrar, dnstrace and dnstracer (should have used those earlier) reveal that the root name servers refer to the X10 servers as the authority for pcperts.com, so the registrar config is working. The X10 name servers, not having an entry for pcperts.com, then refer to root name servers as the authority for the .com domain, which is why dig fails.
@badguyscorporation15: Brandon just took a look at this and deleted the misconfiguration. Wait a day or two for the automated processing to pick up the changes before setting your main domain.
