Looks like your account is unsuspended now.

The number of visitors have very little to do with the high resource usage, if the code is badly written it may take only one visit to go high on resource usage. Common causes are cache functions that try to cache the entire site in one go.

Looks like you found how to unsuspend yourself in the account manager.

As for why, do you have any cron jobs? What WordPress plugins (other threads may apply; try searching for them) are you using?

Can't say that I'm impressed with the site, as its content is identical to what you find in spam.
