[SPND_RUSAGE3] account suspended??

My account has been suspended when I have been transfering my files by ftp!!! WHY?? what i can do to unsuspend it ???

I have unsuspended your account.

It can happen if there's many small files uploaded in a short time frame, to help prevent it from happening please make sure you don't have your client set to use multiple concurrent connections
