I tryed to contact a admin to get my sql import file size put to 100mb but no one seems to want to help and staff are not answering. So what now? Next option is to use my blade servers but was hoping to use a external source even if I had to pay for it but if customer service is like this for free users I dont think I want to be a paided user

Hi cincinyu,

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not so sure where you sent your requests, but our Free Hosting forum is the official method of receiving support.

Imports through phpMyAdmin are capped at 50MB. Please could you upload your backup to your account (using your File Manager or FTP), and let me know which database you would like it restored to? I'll restore the database for you. ;)

Thank you,

AND...
be sure to note the four (4) hour limit for non-upgraded free-hosting accounts
x10hosting now deletes files 10 MiB (or larger) in size that have been on the server for more than 4 hours - from non-upgraded free-hosting accounts
