SQL Down? Or Maintenance?

I have been wondering that the PHP/SQL Server is down. When I access my WordPress, it cannot connect to the SQL, when I access my forum, it also cannot connect to SQL?

Is there any problem?

but it says on the server alert that Cossacks has been fixed already and is running up again....
My Website still can't connect to the SQL at this time? Any problems regarding this?
