SQL Error and Missing Databse

So now that the whole migration thing is over we're pretty excited to get back to work on our site... however we've run into an issue.

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2002 - Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (111)
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server

Also, our code guru took a peek at our databases and found them to be totally empty. This is bad news as well.

Ok, I found that login stuff. I was logged into that other account by default.
