I have an issue with my Webpage when I disable the SSL option in my domain I get "Apache is functioning normall" message. If I switch on the SSL option, I get the invalid certificate message, but the webpage works correctly.

My domain is the following:

newspaceco.com

Do you have any idea about what could be wrong?

I am not certain what the issue would be. but just taking a guess at it.

maybe following the directions on this post will help.

im not sure how that would work when your using your own .com
domain name instead of x10's default domain name for your account.

i know i was able to get SSL to work ok for my website just fine.
i can use both http and https for my x10 website without issue.
bur remember im still using the default x10 domain name though.
Like i havent tried adding my own domain name instead.

did you correctly set your .com domain name to use ssl ?
did you correctly set your x10 domain name to use ssl ?
did you create your own certificate or use one provided by x10 ?

maybe a staff member can check the settings for you.
but it might take a while for the staff to reply.

Apparently, there’s a “hidden” SSL feature but it’s “disabled”. It’s suppose to let us manage our SSLs but as of right now it doesn’t.

You can use Cloudflare for website security and use their Flexible SSL.
That’s how I did mine for the first portion.

Also, it’s been mentioned by an admin that they’re aware all issuance of SSL Certificates result “Invalid” so they’re 50/50 suggesting Cloudflare also (until they “enable” the SSL feature) I assume.

In your account I see SSL as disabled, and the site works fine. Though it is routed through cloudflare so they are the ones providing SSL for your domain right now.

If your issues comes up when the domain is NOT routed through cloudflare you would need to turn that off for us to be able to troubleshoot further.
