Guys, (really don't know how to address this)

SSL is not working in my site: novitur.com.br
Configuration is ok (I think). I've read everything related to SSL here but can't solve the issue that my site shows to visitors "not secure"

Anyone?

staff will need to enable SSL before you can use it.
but it may take some time before staff see your request.
as staff do not frequent the forums all the time.

Looks like you got it sorted, I see your site as being secure at this time.
