this may not even be related, but then it might be as well.
But there has been main hosting login errors.
you will need to wait for support to reply.

The server says your account is enabled. Can you please log out and log in again? What happens when you go to this url: https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl/letsencrypt

[mod note] other users have different servers, so this link is only valid on x11. If your server is x12, go to the same link with x12 instead of x11, and so forth

Hello

I have tried the line but it is saying SSL is not enabled for this domain

That is entirely different from it not being enabled for the account. You'll need to go into "Account Manager" -> "Domain Setup" and enable it for the domain you want to be using it on.

Yeah, that is known. Let's Encrypt only allows for the creation of a certain number of certs per hour, since we have a lot users on the servers it tends to hit the limit.
Just try again in a while.
