Can you please let me know how can I activate SSL support?
I tried https://subdomain.pcriot.com

but it didn't work....

It only works when you use your server's address, e.g.
https://server.x10hosting.com/~username
The problem is on starka at least it doesn't work -- other servers do. It also isn't possible to use SSL for your own domain, only for the server.x10hosting.com domain.

You already have a x10Hosting.com subdomain. It is http://promodvd.x10hosting.com - creating another account is not necessary.

Having a domain in the form of xxxxx.x10hosting.com will not enable SSL for your domain. SSL is shared for all the user of the server, and thus is only available at http://lotus.x10hosting.com/~promodvd/ in your case.

To access SSL, you need to go to https://lotus.x10hosting.com/~promodvd/, this is the only way to access it, as it's shared SSL
