SSL/TLS Manager In CPanel

Hi,
I can't find the SSL/TLS Manager in my CPanel and I want my store to use SSL Cert. I need the CSR To do this, but I don't find it.

you can only use shared SSL on the free servers. To access this, it's https://yourserver.x10hosting.com/~yourcpanelusername/

I am on a free server and it does not have an ssl manager.

If you want to use your own SSL certificate, you would need paid hosting and a dedicated IP address.
