How do I incorporate SSL to my website?
I understand there is a global SSL for free webmail but I do not know how to activate that.

How can I incorporate my own SSL to my website hosted by X10hosting?

The only SSL we offer is shared SSL, and it's located at https://stoli.x10hosting.com/~wkanyeki

it appears that in order to install SSL in CPANEL, the SSL/TLS manager module must exist. Is this only available for paid hosting in X10?

Dedicated SSL is available on paid only, but then you would have to pay $1 extra for a dedicated IP and buy a SSL cert. This is of course if you can't use the shared SSL that is free on the free servers
