Check in domain setup, that Secure SSL is enabled.

Click the domain you what to enable SSL for. Enable/Disable by adding/removing check mark.

PLease list the step I need to enact the SSL. My site is unreachable and the error the browser gives is that the certificate expiry date. When I went to look the certificate expires Jan 2020

i might be mistaken, but i think its a problem with your SSL certificate.
i seen "NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID"
you can try creating a new certificate.

i have also sent a note to a staff member to check your post.

So what are the steps? Walk me through it. I start by enabling the ssl on both domains in the check box? and the forced redirect box too?

im assuming on your .com domain.
i have mine set to my default x10 account (i dont have a different domain)
you might need to go to your .com provider and make changes to.
some providers have different options

Okay cool. Do I have to check the SSL on the root domain or the .com?
A certificate needs to be created for all domains in the DA SSL Certificate manager.

Suggest: Common name and wildcard only.

The domain you are "redirecting / pointing" to is not added to your account here. You can not obtain a valid SSL for any domain that is not hosted with us. The final destination domain - magicfromwherever.com needs to be added to your panel.
