To resolve the problem Eric forced PHP version 5.X.

Thank again

My site is working again

But after a few hours my site seems to have lost its security certificate.
I can no longer access my site.
Is it possible for you help me to solve the problem.

Did the fact that you have forced PHP version 5.X to expire my certificate?

Do i need to get a new security certicicate?

Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

Note I am using Auto-install Free SSL: Dasboard in my Wordpress site.

Any suggestion from you is welcome

Thanks for your help.

Hello eric
Thanks for your help which is greatly appreciated

I checked with different certificate verification website and the result is always the same:

VALID and CORRECTLY installed certificate

But I can't get to my login page:

I am trying with different device at my home:

IMac
Laptop
Ipad
Android smartphone
Android smartphone

with 2-3 different browser on each device

Firefox, Chrome and Safari (I empty the cache) which does not change anything

from home and the error messages are either one of these

SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

and also this:
https://www.safebrowse.io/warn.html?url=http://www.blogvoyage.x10.mx/wordpress/&token=69c51143

I checked with my neighbor and the result is the same.

On the other hand with one of my smartphone in a training room which broadcasts an internet connection.
I managed to log in correctly.

I don't understand anything anymore

What could be the problem ?????

What is the best PHP 5.x 7.X and WordPress version combination ?????

You also told me about this

You currently seem to be redirecting all traffic directly to your wp-admin
section and not your home page. I am not sure if you are aware of this.

My site login: https://www.blogvoyage.x10.mx/wp-admin/
Then depending on the user's status, the ID is redirected to a specific home page.

I'm not sure I understand your questioning?
Is that not correct?
How to fix this?
Sorry for all this questions.

Latest news

According to Wordpress the versions which are the prerequisites in order to have maximum security,
I have updated my site as follows:
PHP 7.4
Wordpress 5.8.1 and correct my site according to the warnings of the new "Site health" tool

I have checked my security certificate on several sites and it is active and correctly installed.

I have connected 4 of my devices to another internet provider and my site is working fine without any problem with any browser.

My Internet / TV provider will provide me with a wifi terminal (Helix), which includes advanced security settings.

My neighbor who has the same supplier with same wifi terminal as me has the same problem with my site.

It is this terminal and this function that prevents me from accessing my home site, blacklist.
Temporary solution disabled security and my site is accessible.

So currently all subscribers to this National Internet Service Provider do not have access to my website.

I have submitted my findings to the technical support of my supplier and I am awaiting an investigation follow-up from them.

On the other hand, everything was working well before the shutdown of your servers recently.

Do you have any idea of some settings on your servers that might have changed since the recent restore of your servers.

Thanks for your help.

I cant visit your websites main page at all.

If I attempt to go to "https://www.blogvoyage.x10.mx/" It always redirects me to "https://www.blogvoyage.x10.mx/wordpress/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https://www.blogvoyage.x10.mx/wordpress/wp-admin/&reauth=1" regardless what browser or IP i attempt to view your website on.

https://www.blogvoyage.x10.mx/wp-admin/ does not seem to load however https://www.blogvoyage.x10.mx/wordpress/wp-login.php does. This indicates your WordPress install is in the subfolder /wordpress/

As far as your SSL goes, Again, I am seeing it being valid and I am unsure what your issue is attempting to connect as it is being shown as online.

Are you not seeing the same occurring on your end as I am with being redirected the the mentioned url?

Hello Eric

Indeed, but this dates from December 2019 following a migration of your servers, without however having caused me a problem until the server shutdown the last two weeks.

See the following conversation from December 2019 with Anna:

https://community.x10hosting.com/co...7.1297916481.1634675541-1610287849.1634437917

I am a little lost with this, because since the return of my site following the big server failure of the last few weeks, the certificate problems have started.

During this server shutdown, did my site have to be recovered?
Or did you just have to force my site to use PHP 5.0 to make sure it works again?

Subsequently on my side I updated PHP to 7.4 and Wordpress to 5.8.1 according to the security recommendations of Wordpress

Is it possible that a write error occurred while recovering the backup that was re-installed.

Based on your experience, what are the corrective actions to correct the problems on my site?

Believe me, you have my full confidence.
Thank you for your expertise and your patience.
