As some of the users on Starka might have noticed when logging in on cPanel, it does say the server name is Chopin now.
This is nothing strange about that, the two servers have been combined and are now Chopin. http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/ has been directed to Chopins IP and should work, but might still be waiting for propagation to be completed.
While waiting you have two options: try using http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 or http://yourdomain.x10hosting.com:2082
Note that both those options is also affected by DNS propagation, and might work for some but not others.
As always when DNS propagation is an issue, try clearing browser cache and/or flushing your DNS cache as well, as that can speed up the process a little, by forcing your computer to see if your ISP has a new entry for the domain.
For information about flushing DNS cache, see this Knowledge Base article: http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16
