Hello,
Please check your file permissions of all your php scripts, php files should be set to 644 and any file that requires writing permissions should be set to 755 (usually config files e.g config.php). Also if you use rewrite_mod for any software you're using please ensure Rewritebase / is inside your .htaccess file. Also if any php scripts execute for more than 60 seconds they will be killed by the server and produce this error. If you have any further problems please re-open this ticket by going to the "administrative" button at the top of the original post.

I have another problem mentioned in the thread is that sometime mysql is very slow, causing slow page loading.Some time it's very fast and some time is very slow:
Generated in 9.5697691 seconds (1.13% PHP / 98.87% MySQL)
if it's fast, it takes only 0.05 seconds
I think 500 error is because mysql load so slow and slow down the whole script and the script gets killed.
It was very fast when all servers after the server update and that is why i use x10hosting. Then it suddenly shows what i mentioned above. I think some users may be spam and try to slow down the website or they install some scripts that use a lot of server resource or may be they install too many extension in a script, etc. please check if your users have those problem

And cpanel adds a subdomain when i add an addon domain, I don't need that but how can I stop it?

The web server upgrades that were mentioned in the news and announcments section should resolve these intermittent 500 errors.
