Starka radically slow and site taking too much time to reply...

Hi...

I've created my account a few days ago, but I'm having some problems... The Starka server is really SLOOOOOW, my site doesn't show up, after a long wait time, a message says that the site is unavailable. Well, after that, I tried to access CPanel... But the CPanel page doesn't complete the loading process, only the half of the page loads up, the rest takes forever to load (The tab is shows the 'loading' icon until now)...

Any admin know what's happening? =(

Hello,

There is a large amount of abuse that we're constantly working towards to removing from our servers. Unfortunately with the free servers occasionally there is a few abusers that go untouched for a little bit.

I'll look into this temporary unavailable error for you and resolve that. As for the cPanel issue that's usually caused by a high server load. All of these issues i'll look into and see if i can speed up the server a little bit more.

If you have any more issues please let us know as it happens so we can see if we can catch these problems while they're happening.
