I don't have any information on when the server will be working normally again. I do notice though that my test site has begun working again in the last few minutes, slowly though.

At this time I am able to view both your main site as well as your forum page with no difficulties.
Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps.

FTP seems to be refusing connections to me on Starka, otherwise it seems to be fully operational.
