This is another alternative to .co.cc (http://www.co.cc/) I still think the .co.cc is better because it allows you change more settings of the domain

.co.cc is the best of the free ones IMO, but I bought a .com from Yahoo yesterday for $2 for the year, so why do you even need free domains?

I don't like co.cc or co.nr because they are subdomains. The only free is .tk that isn't a subdomain.

If you get a co.cc for example, then it means no whois report, no statistics, some online tools not working on subdomains etc...

I always hate hot linking :biggrin: I either use my own bandwidth, or I upload it to an image hosting site/forums.

Well, I would rather save up for a real domain because:

1. You will get better rank on google not switching domains
2. More visitors will visit your site with a real domain

Oh god don't remind me of that :eek4:. A member at my forum hotlinked from Facepunch before and the same thing happened back when I was on my home server. I had to close the forum down for a half hour while I went through EVERY post to look for the image.
