I currently have a free membership. If I pay the $11.95/year for a "Starter package", does that mean my site will stay active even if I don't sign in every month? I don't know where else to ask this question.... Thanks!

Odd, I get a clickable proper button when I click upgrades from my services page.
How did you access the page? It would probably only properly show when you actually come from the upgradable service, as otherwise it would merely be informational about the options.

Where I would click, it says "Basic services are limited to 1 per account and this account already has 1." The "Visit X10premium.com" button next to it works, so I guess I'm not eligible.

Hi , hope you had a very good Xmas , thank you for the all the assistance you have provided to date and I cant thank you enough

In relation to this question I want also to upgrade and am asking if

1: Will this now avoid issues with ssl certificates
2: Is this a price for the entire year
3: Does this cover wildcard domains and if not what is the additional cost

Thank you and wishing you all a very good new year that is both productive and one of we all hope peace

Take care everyone and stay safe

1. No - SSL Certificates, bound by same rules. Premium hosting, however, is a different story.
2. Yes, it is $11.95/yr
3. Currently, SSL certificates can be requested as wildcard already, though I personally do not recommend it for the time being since the messages in hosting control panel is disabled (the wildcard process runs as a background task and generates a notification in there)
