Just because there's an option for it doesn't give you the right to breach the terms of service. We have no problem with you making backups, but your web space isn't for hosting backups...
Let me reitterate:
1. All webhosting services I have ever used provided NO backup functionality..
2. When installing Wordpress I only utilised the main setup fields (username password site name and slogan).
3. By default I wouldn't have a need for other fields so i would have dismissed anything else and just installed it...
(its not my fault if the backup functionality when there was set on a back up routine of set amount of days) I wouldn't have noticed it.
4. If you had set up Softaculous installer software on your server properly for free users this wouldn't have happened in the first place.
5. Your conciquencial inability to set up your software properly before allowing users back into their accounts has led you to call a breach of TofS on my hosting account.
6. Due to the nature of your current message tones by your staff I can only assume that I'm right in this matter.
So your inability to set up required hosting software on free partitions has led to this problem in the first place... As i said in a earlier post I download all files from my hosting and back them up to an external service like Dropbox and Google Drive and have no need to utilize the back up on Softaculous even if it was there in the first place.
The problem is your own incompetence to set things up properly in the first place.
Not my dismissive nature to automatically set things up like I usually do on other free webhosting with the required fields I need to use ONLY.
