Still Can't Access My Site

i am still having this problem to access my site from a BSNL dataone connection.I don't know if it works for other service provider..Want to know why i am having such problems frequently....hope my query will be solved permanently dis time

its all right now...http://esheinongmai.x10.bz work fine now...Thanks for the response.
Well i install Joomla from fantastico and now it is inacessible,earlier it works fine..from 2day it says could not Connect to my sql database...and now its bot showing anything,why is this so???

please help...i dint change anything....
