Hi, I previously posted on this & was told an admin would take a look, but nothing happened & the thread was closed. Here is link to old thread: http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/114961-cant-access-site-builder.html

And here, once again, is the problem I am still having:

Hi, I appear to have everything in place so far as my hosting & domain is concerned, but just cannot access site builder to design & set up my website. I'm logging into cpanel & using the same usrname/password to try to use site builder, but it keeps telling me that I'm using the wrong username or password. I know I'm not, but maybe there is something I'm missing here; all the boxes are prefilled in with domain, username & password already but still I get the same message................ I'm pretty new to all this setting up a website thing, so maybe I'm having a blonde moment here, but for the life of me, I can't see what I'm doing wrong.

God knows what it means.............. probably just a techie way of telling me that everything's t*ts up at the moment!

This is the 2nd time I've asked for help on this. The first time I was told that an admin would look into it, but while posts all around me seem to be getting dealt with; here I am having to keep trying to keep this alive before the thread gets closed without me getting a response. Lots seem to be viewing, but no replies!

Hello,

Unfortunately it is rather unlikely this will be addressed until all migrations is completed.
The admins are rather busy with that process right now.

It is also possible that, at least, part of the problem is caused by the migrations.

Ahhhhh! It's that dammed migration business eh?

So, when the migration is complete, will their be an announcement & if there is still a problem with site builder at that point, do I need to post a new thread, or will this one suffice?
