i got one of my admins to check my acount and said my email was not linked its all done now how long till my websites is back up

its the domain has changed in the account

our main domain shounld be brainbox.me.uk
but its changed to http://brainbox.me.uk.x10hosting.com/
and wont change back

getting this error message when trying to change it back

Hello, do you have the domain parked in cPanel at all?

in cp brainbox.me.uk.x10hosting. it says under stats

Main Domain brainbox.me.uk.x10hosting.com

Sub Domains None

Parked Domains None

Addon Domains brainbox.me.uk
main one should be brainbox.me.uk its down over a day now

Take that domain out of Addon Domains from your cPanel. Then try to put that as a main domain after it's cleared off. The way the system works is that it'll only allow you to put a domain in 1 of 3 places. Therefore, you can't have brainbox.me.uk as an addon domain and main domain at the same time. Only one or the other.

Sorry I misunderstood because you gave a list above of what your cPanel is showing in its 'stats', and you listed your domain as addon but want it as main domain.
