Still not able to access site

My original support thread from 7/25 was escalated to a ticket several days ago and closed. I may be jumping the gun but can someone please give me a status on restoring k7jep.x10hosting.com that was on starka server before the upgrade.

The only thing I can sign into is the hosting account management page which is still showing the server as starka. Still not able to sign into cPanel, email or the site itself. Ping and Traceroute tools showing k7jep.x10hosting.com site is on 69.175.6.102 rain.x10vps.com for the past week. If this is to be my new server, please tell me how to access my site on it.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Your site loads up fine for me, I'm also fairly sure I did reply an escalated ticket for your account yesterday, or possibly the day before that.

Today was the first day I was able to get into cPanel and everything else. Had to re-setup email and a few other things that were lost.

A big thanks to everyone that worked hard on this update and for putting up with me. Have only been on this service just over 1 month.
