Still shows suspended page

Hi, I was suspended because there was some malicious file that I recently uploaded and was able to detect it and delete it. Now I am bringing it back, I have transferred the compromised files to the public_html folder and it still shows the suspended page.

I also have deleted my cache already.

There was a temporary issue with your account where your addon domain was redirecting to the suspended page even while your account wasn't. This has now been fixed

There's one problem tho, I'm getting 404's in all of my pages except for the homepage.

You can try going to your WordPress admin area, changing the Permalinks setting to "Default". Flush any cache plugins. Then set Permalinks back to what you had.
