I'm having a similar problem. Site died completely for a few minutes, then came back but loading very slow, and now it looks like it's gone again. I'm also on stoli. My url is http://csc2ya.co.cc

Edit: cpanel login page still comes up, but just spends forever trying to load when I log in.

Another Edit: seems to be speeding up again now, but load is very high according to cpanel.

Server load is high on Lotus at the moment, and http has locked up as result.

Looks like you'll have to wait it out.
