storage disk almost full.

hello. I have the storage disk at 96%. how can i get more storage?

all disk space increase requests must meet the following:
- you must be using at least 75 % of your current space.
- account must be at lest 7 days old and follow the terms of service.
- account must not contain backups or archived/zipped files.
- all files must be used by your website.
staff will need to review your account before granting space increases
