Storage Increase

I would like to request a storage increase to 3gb for my hosting account, as I am nearing capacity. Can any moderator please help?

only staff can grant disc storage increases,
they will need to review your account first.
if you qualify you should get an increase.
maybe not the full 3 GB requested depending on what they allow.

How can I direct this toward staff? I should mention, this is connected to a bigger issue which I have explained in my reply to another thread linked below. Really hoping I can somehow get this resolved. My fear is that this issue could become irreversible if not addressed soon.

no matter how similar you think your issue is everyone is asked to begin a new post.
staff dont usually recheck older posts once answered.

both requests should be made in one post. that makes it easier for staff to assist you.
instead of having to answer multiple posts.
