I want Upgrade my Storage Quota
Im starting today a Online Shop Sell goods

I want Some quota Please Like 1 GB Need

Because Prestashop Installation Takes 350mb + and Other Files , Modules takes storage Too

the requirements are to be using at least 75% of your disk space.
not to have backups or stored files not used by your website.
account must be at least 7 days old and meet the terms of service.
staff will also need to review your website.

from the looks of your account you do not yet qualify for an increase.

Spacresx is correct, you do not currently match the requirements for an upgraded diskspace.
Do note that while possible, not all types of sites is suitable for free hosting. Free hosting is intended as a means to test out and have a personal site up.
Once you meet all parts you can ask again. Note that a working site is also a requirement (doesn't have to be completed but at least started) and all files will need to be relevant to the site you have.
