Similar to other threads I've read seems like my account might have been suspended. Since the migration from CPanel started last december I've gotten the same message:

"Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry"

And the problem is that now that old servers where shutdown they went along with my cloudflare configuration. I've already removed the domain from cloudflare to try to point to the new ips but the adminpanel issue persists, my site is http://diassinepndejadas.com/

I can't verify your DNS is correct, but please make sure CloudFlare is using 198.91.81.13 (x13.x10hosting.com, which is your server). Please be aware that CloudFlare is generating 521 and 522 errors right now for some unrelated issue. Please make sure the account is set up correctly in DirectAdmin. It should probably be a regular domain (not a pointer) but it could be a pointer if you want it to be a mirror image of your .x10.mx (or etc.) site. Make sure you have your files at ~/domains/diassinepndejadas.com/public_html and the directory permissions are 0755 (owner all permissions, everyone else read and enter) and files are 0644 (owner read/write, everyone else read only).

If you can't find any error, maybe there's an issue when your account was transferred.

Thanks for helping with the correct IP address (I didn't know it was the 13 one), now my page shows an "Apache is functioning normally" message, but I'm still unable to log into DirectAdmin. I'm still getting the message:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry
and when clicking "retry" it still gets me back to the x10Hosting Welcome back screen

Ok, I'm asking an admin to check. Perhaps there's something I don't have access to askew.

Looks like your account didn't transfer properly, but it was working up until recently due to the fact the old severs was still online. Now that they have been decommissioned this caused your domain to stop working.

I'll restore the account from our most recent backup that was taken just before the old servers was taken offline.

I'll post back when I have done so, should be about 20 minutes if all goes well.

Ps. this type of issue is best reported immediately.

The account should now be fully restored.

Let me know if you see something not working right.
