Hi, I'm trying to reactivate my account after having it suspended for inactivity. It had said it would only take one minute, but it's been hours now and it still hasn't changed. Just want to know if I can get my account unsuspended.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi! I just had my account unsuspended in a different post for my inactivity, but I still can't actually log into my cpanel to actually use the services. I get a page that says:
Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

But no matter when or how I try I cannot sign in.

Thanks for the help.

Please read my first response.
Apologies, I sort of misread the linked post. I don't need the previous data that was hosted on the account, as I am remaking the website from scratch. What isn't clear to me from reading the post is if I'm stuck like this, or if my site is being restored/reset to blank so that I can login and begin to host a new site. If this is what's happening and it's faster to just fully reset then please do that, as I have no use for any data.

Thanks,
Alex

At this time, restoration is the only option. For technical reasons, an old account is necessary to be an active user of x10 free. x10 premium doesn't have this restriction. I requested an admin look at your account. You should see a response from the admin in this thread.

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. Relying on an email as the sole reminder is not advised.

During end of first week in March, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the last 60 days prior, your account was outside that 60 day mark and even more so outside of the 30 day requirement for free hosting. Prior to our purging you last logged into your account on November 5th.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.
