Stuck in a 'Pending email address update' loop - please help!

Hi,

I intended to update the contact/login email address for a newly created account, and typed it incorrectly (accidentally entered an email address for which I hadn't yet created an account or forwarder) so the confirmation email will never be delivered. Whenever I try to log into the account area I get stuck in a loop with a 'Pending email address update' message.
Is there a way to cancel the original attempted transaction?

First of all, the contact email (and login email) for your account should NEVER be one that is dependent of your account working properly for you to receive any emails. Always have a third party email for this.
Should you at some point get suspended for instance (inactivity most common) you would not be able to receive any notice about this for instance.
I'll look into it and see if I can set it back to the original email.

Seem I wasn't able to set it back to original, I did however confirm it for you so you should be able to login. As soon as possible you'd want to change the contact email though to one that doesn't rely on your account to work for you to receive any messages, to avoid future problems.

Thanks, Anna - realised as soon as I'd attempted to enter the address that it wouldn't be a good idea - but just too late! I've managed to change the address to a different (external) address now.
