Ok I created my account and tried logging in under Google Chrome and FireFox, it loads and goes through the procedure then says it's redirecting me...to cpanel, then the screen goes blank and it starts all over if I'm lucky I have noticed that after a few hours of doing this sometimes it actually gets through in which case i figured it was just a temporary problem so I tested it again and the same thing happens everytime. No since in trying to create a website on your server if it's going to take me hours to get logged in every-time you know?

Hi,
Everything looks okay on your account and your server, so I'm not so sure why this would be happening. Could you please verify that port 2083 is not being interfered with by any proxies, firewalls or routers? Many workplaces and schools do tend to do this.

Alright, that's a possibility because I use a wifi hotpsot for internet :/
P.S. I tested my ports and that appears to be the problem, to bad I can't afford satellite internet out here
