Stuck in infinite loop!

I opened a free account today. I tried clicking on the "Control Panel" link, and I just get stuck in an infinite loop trying to redirect me! How can I fix this?

Hi @drcoylex,

Do you have any firewalls, proxies or routers in place that could be blocking port 2083? Many workplaces and schools do this.
