Greetings,

I've had this issue for awhile but overlooked it as it didn't previously cause any major issues. A while back I had wordpress installed into my root directory and during an issue which I don't currently recall, I had to remove it and install it again. During the removal process three folders remained and made it impossible to install Wordpress again. I have renamed these folders and it allowed wordpress to be installed once more. I am now having this problem again on a sub-domain I have created.

I installed Wordpress into it and removed it due to a problem I had with a theme I installed. After the removal process I have once again attained the issue of the folders being left over. I have tried to remove the subdomain and readd it only to have the folders persist to exist. I could just rename them as I did in the root directory but I have decided to create this support ticket instead to see if you guys can remove them from your side. I feel there is some sort of error in my account that cannot be fixed by me. Your speed and help is greatly appreciated.

The folders in the root directory that exist are..

wp-content1
wp-admin1
wp-includes1

The folders that exist in the subdomain "64" are...
wp-content
wp-admin
wp-includes

Also to include, I use filezilla for my FTP usages and when i try to open the folders above that I am having issues with it gives the error "Failed to retrieve directory listing." I am not sure if this will be any help so I have included it anyways.
