I understand that as a free host x10hosting does not allow chatrooms, twitter widgets, and other resource hogs to help keep bandwidth down. Is there a way I can host sub-domains on other servers? I do have a godaddy account, but there interface is rather clunky with no obvious answer( do not I just woke up so not much is obvious to me right now) Oh and I would like to extend a big happy New Year to everyone and to wish everyone to live long and prosper. :) thanks.

Yes, you can do that.

Do you have our name servers set, or are you using the ones from your domain registrar?

If you have our name servers set, you'll need to go into cPanel and find the "Simple DNS Zone Editor", through which you can set an A record for a subdomain to point to the other host.

If you have your domain registrars name servers set, you do that part in your domain registrars control panel.

How to configure the other host for use with the sub domain would however be more a question for their support.
