I have created a subdomain, actually 2 of them. The first one works flawlessly right from the start...the second one http://info.claphelper.x10.mx does not work and give a default website page with the following info....

If you are the web site owner, it is possible you have reached this page because:

  • The IP address has changed.
  • There has been a server misconfiguration.
  • The site may have been moved to a different server.
If you are the owner of this website and were not expecting to see this page, please contact your hosting provider.

I've seen where this is most likely a problem that will take an admin to push it on the server backend, so I guess that's what I'm asking for, if this isn't the right place for that please let me know.

Additionally it does work if I use a filename directly such as http://info.claphelper.x10.mx/wp-login.php

The sub domain you mention does work fine for me at this time. There is always a small delay (usually just a few minutes at most, but if there's a lot going on with the server it can take a bit longer) when adding new domains (subdomains, parked domains, addon domanis all the same), if you visit the site before the domain is properly configured on sever level, in other words if the server do not yet have the proper path setup for the content that domain should show, the server will put up the default page.

Unfortunately that one seem to have a nasty habit of getting stuck in the browser cache so you will probably need to clear than in order to view your page properly.
