Subdomain not working?

Hi there,
I previously created a subdomain quite a while ago on my website.
I tested the subdomain but it did not work.
I've not been interacting with my website for quite a while but today I tried accessing the subdomain and it still did not work.
So I thought of deleting the subdomain and creating another one.
I tried and tested this one but it didn't work.
How come this is happening?.
My website is: cpsecure.x10.mx
The subdomain I'm having these problems with is: passport.cpsecure.x10.mx

When I go to passport. it brings up a page.

What exactly is the problem?

It should work properly now, might need to clear cache though (I also needed to flush dns to get to properly show right away).

I sorted it out
