Subdomains are not back!

I had two subdomains before the Fris Migration, when my web got back, i didnt have any of them, i tried creating, but i cant.

It says that i can create a new account. Am i available to do so?

you can, though you need to request the current one to be deleted first as you can only have one account.

But since the announcement affects ALL servers, the new account will still be affected by that eventually.
