Subdomains not working

Getting 'Server IP address could not be found.' on two of my subdomains set up via DirectAdmin. One has PhpBB set up (forum.eddiestech.co.uk) and one has a redirect set up via .htaccess (merch.eddiestech.co.uk). Both give the same error. Can anyone help me resolve the issue?

since you have cloudflare nameservers, did you also make sure that they do have the proper records for those? Since there is no automatic integration you need add any subdomains you create with their nameservers manually

I had them set up in CloudFlare, I have readded them just in case, but they still don't work.

Looks like my browser automatically will put www. infront, and the www.forum. does not resolve to the IP while forum. does. Maybe you need to add www.forum as well at cloudflares end.

Added www.merch to cloudflare and Gives error:

www.merch.eddiestech.co.uk uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I have no idea what this means. Any help?
