I started a previous thread about modifying my domain and it was pushed to a support ticket, I followed the links but the ticket has now gone and the issue unresolved

Staff may have deleted it, if you still need help post another support ticket and explain your previous one was removed.

This is a support ticket. and staff never delete a ticket. they just mark it solved after ticket solved.

make sure you are going here to access your ticket.
http://support.x10hosting.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid=18112

Also make sure you are using your forums username and password to login

Is your site at jont.x10hosting.com? If so, then it's still there. Try again.

I'm able to follow all links except the projects.php page on your site. It's still there. Try going to your account panel and then clicking the link to your cPanel from there.

awesome thanks, cleared everything out and all started working again. Probably should have done that first.

Now back to my vanishing support ticket and domain modifying issues, any ideas?

This is probably a bug in the ticket system. thats why you are unable to see your ticket there.

wait for a staff member there he/she will sort your problem here.

I have looked at your ticket, and it appears that the issue is outside of the access level I as an account manager have, I have moved the ticket to administration department.

The thing is that I can not add the domain, system says it is already owned, no doubt a result from a system error when you removed the domain from your parked domains. That is usually a quick fix by removing the entry from the name servers, however in your case there's no entry on the name servers to remove.

You should get an e-mail when there's an reply, with the reply in it. If you simply replies to that e-mail your answer will be appended to the ticket.
