I've currently got a support ticket open regarding a problem with backups for my account, but I haven't even had a reply since the support request was escalated to a ticket two days ago.
I don't mean to sound pushy or rude, but is anyone able to give me a timeframe of when it will be looked at?
On checking the restore backups part of cpanel, the backup from october that got stuck is still there, preventing any other backups from taking place, and as I mentioned in the thread that was escalated, I could not recover from 3 months worth of data loss if there were a server crash, and also cannot do local backups due to speed and bandwidth issues on my end (I get very low speeds most of the time, and my isp's support techs don't want to know every time I phone them, and I am also on a bandwidth limited plan).
